Wnbid Terms & Conditions — What you need to know before getting started

01 General Terms & Conditions

Wnbid (website: wnbid.app) is an online gaming platform providing entertainment gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between wnbid and the user.

By using the wnbid website or app, or by creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using wnbid.

These Terms and Conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any discrepancy, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

02 Account Registration & Usage

The following conditions must be met to register on wnbid:

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts may be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or incorrect information will result in account closure.
• You must keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is not permitted.
• Transferring or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at support@wnbid.app.

Wnbid reserves the right to decline any account registration at any time without providing a reason.

03 Age Verification & Eligibility

Wnbid is firmly committed to keeping minors away from gaming.

• To use wnbid, you must be at least 18 years must be.
• At the time of registration or at any point thereafter, wnbid may request a national ID or other documentation for age verification.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until age verification is completed.
• If a user is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

04 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Rules

All financial transactions on wnbid are governed by the following rules:

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT.
• Maximum single deposit: BDT 50,000.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing from another person's account is not allowed.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 300.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 BDT (separate limits apply for VIP members).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are processed in an average of 3 minutes, with a maximum processing time of 24 hours.
• Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Wnbid regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries specific terms that must be followed.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (typically 5x to 30x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is fulfilled.
• Bonus validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses: Running multiple bonuses simultaneously may not be possible. Please refer to the relevant bonus page for details.
• Bonus abuse: Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or bonus arbitrage — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Wnbid reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

06 Gaming Policy & Code of Conduct

The following rules must be followed while playing games on wnbid:

• All games run on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Results are entirely random and not predetermined.
• Wnbid is not liable for internet disconnections during gameplay. In such cases, the game will be completed automatically and the result will be considered final.
• Using any software, bots, or automated systems to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be reported to the support team within 72 hours.
• If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, wnbid reserves the right to recover those funds.

All Live Casino games on wnbid are operated through international game providers. The respective provider's terms and conditions also apply to these games.

07 Responsible Gaming

Wnbid believes gaming is for entertainment, not hardship. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a temporary break at any time, ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: If you request permanent account closure, wnbid will process it accordingly.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

• Information collected at registration is used solely for service delivery and security purposes.
• Wnbid never sells your personal information to third parties.
• Wnbid may be required to share information with relevant authorities to comply with legal obligations.
• All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wnbid:

• Money laundering or any transactions involving illicit funds.
• Fraudulent activities, collusion, or cheating.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or gain unauthorized access to the software or system.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Harassing or causing harm to other users.
• Unauthorized use of the wnbid name or brand.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Wnbid may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If fraud or suspicious transaction activity is detected.
• Failure to pass age or identity verification.
• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months.
• At the user's own request.

Before closing an account, wnbid will attempt to return any valid balance after completing verification. However, bonus balances will be forfeited in cases of terms violations.

11 Limitation of Liability

Wnbid strives to provide uninterrupted service, but is not liable for the following:

• Game loss due to internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical errors or server outages.
• Loss of password or login credentials due to user error.

Under any circumstances, wnbid's maximum liability is limited to the amount of funds held in your account.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Start by sending a detailed message to support@wnbid.app.
2. Wnbid will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
3. We aim to resolve issues within 7 business days.
4. Complex disputes may take up to 14 business days to resolve.

If both parties fail to reach a mutual agreement, the matter will be resolved under the jurisdiction where wnbid is registered.

13 Policy on Changes to Terms

Wnbid reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via their registered email or app notification.
• Continued use of wnbid after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
• The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page.
• Records of previous versions will be kept on file with wnbid.
